A salad with no greens... carnivores unite. This signature salad is a West Coast version of yam naan (a traditional Thai salad). It's made with grilled house fermented Thai sausage with garlic and chilies, curried rice puffs, lemongrass, and fried shallots. It's aromatic and full of flavour with great textures and a must order at Maenam, along with the epic Black Pepper Crab and Lobster Miang, which must be both pre-ordered.
