Paulina Salach is a culinary and travel entrepreneur based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is the co-founder of Puerto Rico Restaurant Week and of Spoon Food Tours, a food & culture tour company. She is also the VP of Kinori Group, where she works as a culinary consultant and event producer.  Paulina has contributed to “Have Fork Will Travel,” a handbook for food and drink tourism, Fodor’s Travel Guides and other food and travel publications.
