Anita is an internationally published cookbook author and the creator of "diary of a Mad Hungry Woman", an Orange County-based food blog which focuses on restaurant dining experiences in southern California and beyond. Anita has freelanced for Riviera Magazine and thrillist.com locally, and has made appearances on Gordon Ramsey's "Hell's Kitchen" as a guest judge, as well as two episodes of Cooking Channel's "Eat Street". Her blog has received nominations three years consecutively in the Best Food Writer category at the Golden Foodie Awards, and won the OC Weekly's 2014 Reader's Choice award for Best Blog. She has judged Sabor de Baja, an annual culinary event in Rosarito, Mexico twice; served as President of Les Dames d'Escoffier LA/OC Chapter for three years; and is an International Casting Producer on NetFlix's The Final Table.
