Born and raised in the culinary mecca of San Sebastian, Idoia decided to move to Berlin for several years before ending up working as a marketing manager in Dublin. Her philosophy is simple: Life is too short for bad food. Inspired by the vibrant brunching scene in Dublin, she launched The Urban Foodster with the aim of featuring the very best breakfast spots, restaurants and coffee places in Dublin and other cities she travels to. Understanding the challenge of eating like a local, she only recommends places where the food and the atmosphere are worth repeating and visiting with family and friends.
