WORLD'S 50 BEST

Below, please find The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2016. I have eaten at all 90 destinations that have been on the lists since 2012. Over time, this list has become less English and less French. As a result, this wonderful annual ranking has become more diverse and interesting over the years with a more modern and urban profile than Michelin. My personal top 5 favorites are: Asador Etxebarri for cooking over wood, Piazza Duomo for vegetables, Maido for Peruvian fusion, Alinea for delicious theatre and Narisawa for all things gourmet Japanese.
