This is one of the few places in Havana featuring high level European cooking. Dine al fresco or in the cool retro-chic dining room on expertly prepared duck, lamb, fish and seafood. On the roof is an outdoor lounge with a smaller menu. There’s a small, reasonably priced wine list. Located in a restored factory, it’s part of Fábrica de Arte Cubano (F.A.C.) a fabulous cultural center-cum-club which offers art exhibits, performance and music. Reservations are a good idea.
