The most unusual pizza is the cracker pizza at Neighbourhood (similar to Story Deli in London) which is well worth a visit for pizza fanatics. BUT! The best pizza is the sourdough wonder from Surt (which means sour in Danish). This unique pizza is made from unusual grains and the resulting crust is quite unique. It sits somewhere between a floppy Neapolitan and a crispy thin Roman pizza. If I rewrite my pizza book this unique pizza will be included.
